Glimpse of truth

I stood on the frame of space and time
Standing on it I saw the beauty of world,
The ugliness and all the dualities.
A voice said “Go beyond that frame;
Beyond the boundaries of space and time
You can realize the truth;
You can see the beauty a hundred-fold”
I was confused-how to go beyond the frame?
And I was in search of the ways.
Then suddenly, it broke
The space-time frame where I stood..
I ceased to exist for a second.
But that was only for a flicker of a second.
I came back to the frame..
And I saw the beauty and pains of the world again.
And this is my realization.
That we cease to exist when we know the truth..

Because you and I exist only in the frame of space and time.
